Honey Gingerbread

Prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180°C

Mix almond wood powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and ginger powder in a bowl (do not add too much salt, otherwise the taste will be strange)

Mix coconut oil and honey in another bowl (the wet ingredients must not be too much! Otherwise your gingerbread will melt into a puddle of TT when it is being copied)

Pour the wet ingredients slowly into the dry ingredients to ensure even mixing

When all the ingredients are uniformly mixed, they are grouped into small balls, and then pressed into small pie of the same size (sorry, the last one is a bit big ^^)
