Honey Glutinous Rice Lotus Root

Wash the lotus root.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 2 hours.

Drain the water and set aside.

After washing the lotus root, remove the skin and cut it off with an oblique knife.

Put the glutinous rice pot into each hole.

And use bamboo sticks to connect the sections.

Put it into a large pot and add water (the amount of water should be less than the lotus root), bring to a boil, add rock sugar and honey.
