Honey Grapefruit Sauce

Peel the grapefruit first, use a knife to remove the outer layer (yellow part) of the grapefruit skin, try to remove the white part

Soak in warm salt water for 15 minutes

Cut the pomelo peel into thin strips

Put 1 cup of water in a container and boil for 10 minutes, take 1/3 of the pomelo peel and reserve for later use

Put 2/3 of the pomelo peel into the food processor

Select the sauce button to run to the end

Peel off the fascia of the pomelo pulp and place it into a bowl, and put all the pomelo peels (including unbeaten pomelo peels) into the pot

Add 50ml water and rock sugar, simmer until thick (about 1 hour), turn off the heat and let it cool naturally

After the pomelo sauce is completely air-cooled, add honey, put it in the refrigerator for a week, and it will become a honey pomelo sauce that nourishes the lungs; if necessary, take appropriate amount of pomelo sauce, mix thoroughly with warm water and drink.
