Participated in the event, fortunately to get Thai honey pomelo. This kind of honey pomelo has green skin and sweet flesh, which is more delicious than domestic ones. So I used it to make rock molasses honey pomelo, which can be stored for a long time. It can be eaten directly, soaked in water, or made into Desserts, serve multiple purposes.

Rock Molasses Pomelo

1. After rubbing the skin of the honey pomelo with salt, rinse it off with water

2. Peel the pomelo peel

3. Use a knife to scrape off the white part and only take the green skin part

4. Cut into filaments

5. Soak in salt water for a few hours, the longer the soaking time, the lighter the bitterness, and the water needs to be changed several times in the middle.

6. Peel the grapefruit meat

7. Add water to the pot and boil

8. Add rock sugar, cook until melted, turn to low heat

9. Add honey pomelo peel

10. Cook until the shredded pomelo peel becomes transparent

11. Add honey pomelo meat

12. Cook until the soup is thick

Tips:

The prepared rock molasses honey pomelo, put it in a fresh-keeping container, sealed and refrigerated for a week before eating, the taste is better.
