Honey Orange Muffin

The oranges are squeezed out of juice for later use.

Stir the whole egg with honey with a whisk, then add corn oil and mix well.

Add milk and orange juice and continue to stir until it becomes a uniform liquid.

Sift in the mixture of low flour and baking powder

Use a spatula to gently stir in irregular directions to form a uniform batter.
6.
Add candied orange peel.
7.
Continue to mix gently with a spatula.
8.
Scoop the batter into the paper mold about 8 minutes full.
9.
Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
