Hong Kong Style Fried Noodles

Wash the rapeseed and blanch it with hot water. Afterwards, it will cook faster

Cut bacon into strips, set aside, then cut garlic slices, set aside

Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes, remove the cold water, drain the noodles and put them in a plate for later use. \n

Put oil, garlic, rapeseed, and bacon in the pot. Just stir fry, it's almost done, put the noodles and continue to fry. There was a bag of sauce packets in the Hong Kong-style fried noodles, and I put them in. Later, when I thought it was a little light, I added some soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to adjust the taste.
