Hong Kong Style Stockings Iced Milk Tea

Prepare all materials.

Put 60g of Ceylon black tea into a tea bag.

Pour the boiled 1200ml water through the tea bag into another container, and pull the tea twice.

Let the tea soup and the tea bag simmer on a medium heat for 5 minutes. The tea bag cannot touch the bottom of the utensil. After cooking, take out the tea bag and squeeze out the tea juice.

Prepare the cup and pour 200ml of brewed black tea.

After heating the black and white evaporated milk over water, pour 100ml into it and blend with the black tea in the cup. Add appropriate amount of white sugar according to personal preference.

After the milk tea is cool, add some ice cubes.

Tips:
Be sure to use a low heat to make tea, and heat the evaporated milk.
