Hot and Sour Cabbage

Dice the young ginger, diced for the meal and set aside

Fold the cabbage into small pieces by hand, wash and drain the water for later use

Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry the tender ginger and serve

Quickly pour the cabbage over high heat and stir-fry until soft
5.
Add a little light soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and stir fry for a few minutes.
6.
