House Wine

Muscat grapes, choose green stems, so that they are fresh

Use scissors to cut the stalks of the grapes. You can't use the broken grapes and the ones that do not come off naturally.

Wash the cut grapes with flour and water, and dry them without any water

Wash the wine-making bottles, blanch them with boiling water, rinse them with high-grade liquor, and dry them

Squeeze the dried grapes, add sugar and Angel fruit wine yeast and stir well, ferment for about 20 days, and use a clean plastic spoon to press the cap for the first few days

About twenty days, filter the residue

The filtered wine is fermented for another month or so, the layered wine is siphoned out, and the bottom mash is thrown away
