Simple Home-brewed Wine

8 catties of muscat grapes.

Cut the grapes, wash them, and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes.

Remove and dry the water.

The sugar is said to be good.

Crush the grapes with your hands.

Add the sugar and let the sugar melt.

Pour into a glass sealed tank and ferment for about 23 days.

After fermentation, prepare a small sieve and a glass basin.

Tips:
1. The sealed glass jar must be sterilized and can be wiped with white wine.
2. The brewed wine will change the alcohol content over time, the longer the time, the higher the alcohol content.
