Iberian Pork Loin with Sausage & Beans
1.
Ingredients list: • boneless pork chops (thick slices with a little fat on the side of the ring) • garlic pork sausages • onions • garlic • young leaf mixed salad • maple syrup • canned beans (in salsa sauce) • sea salt • freshly ground black Pepper • De-seed tomatoes (It’s not easy to forget to buy it, so I used the original tomato sauce!_!~~) • Beautiful milk • Olive oil • Unsalted butter
2.
First grind sea salt on both sides of the pork. Then preheat the pan while melting the butter.
3.
Wait for the temperature to rise to foam.
4.
Add the pork chops when the butter is hot to slightly caramel-colored smoke (the oil should be warm enough, otherwise the pork chops will be difficult to burn on the outside and tender inside).
5.
Fry the pork chops until caramelized.
6.
Take it out for later use.
7.
Preheat olive oil in another pot over medium heat, add chopped onions and stir fry.
8.
Then add tomato (sauce) and sausage and stir fry together.
9.
Add the beans and stir fry for a while.
10.
Then add water and simmer. After boiling, add pork chops, then add maple syrup, black pepper and garlic mash, season with salt, add a little milk and stir well before serving.
11.
You can enjoy it with mixed young leaf salad~ Yes, the remaining sauce in the pot can be used to mix wheel noodles, which is great!
