This dish was taught to you by Chef Zhang Qianmin at the kitchen party of Citysuper a few days ago. It is simple and has a strong and pure taste. The main ingredient is Iberian pork loin from Spain, acorns eclipsed by the sun, and the growing environment is excellent. After learning the method, I really dare not try cooking such good pork. If it is not convenient to buy, you can also use farmer's black pork in the same way. If the source is unknown, try to choose meat with less water content. Don't say much, let's do it!
