Ice Cream Cone

Make ice cream a few hours in advance: 100 grams of matcha ice cream powder, 180 grams of pure milk, 50 grams of whipped cream; the whipped cream can be replaced with the same amount of cold water or milk.

Put the milk, whipped cream and ice cream powder into the basin and mix well.

Pump and stir evenly by hand, and it will become a thick state very quickly.

Let it stand for 15 minutes and then re-stir it evenly, then pour it into the fresh-keeping box; close the lid and store it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours until it freezes.

There are suggested formulas on the ice cream powder, which can be made with water, milk, whipped cream, fruit juice, and will have different tastes and flavors; because it is made with milk cream, it is easy to melt.
