Impure Bald Butter Bibimbap

Wash the hairy crabs and tie them with straw rope

Steam in water for 20 minutes, then stuffy for 5 minutes

Pick out the crab heart, crab stomach, and crab gills, and dig out the crab meat, crab paste, and crab yellow

Put all the picked crab meat into one plate

Mince ginger, heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and lard, stir fry until fragrant

Add the crab meat and stir-fry slowly in circular motions

About 10 minutes, the oil becomes orange and yellow, season with salt, and you can remove it

Find a glass bottle, blanch it with boiling water, dry it and fill it with crab oil, close the bottle cap tightly, invert it for 5 minutes, wait for it to cool completely, put it in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. The crab I chose is about 3.2. You can adjust the steaming time according to the size of the crab you buy.
2. Because of the addition of crab meat, it is called impure bald butter.
3. Adding lard can make crab oil more like.
