Indian Cheese Pakoras

Add rice noodles, corn flour, ginger-garlic sauce, red pepper powder, baking soda and salt to a paste of water.

Boil the block of Indian white cheese in hot water for 5 minutes and then drain.

Heat the oil, dip each block of Indian cheese in the prepared batter and fry it in the pan. Put it on absorbent paper until the color turns golden yellow
4.
Arrange the fried cheese on a plate, serve it with a cup of tomato sauce or green chutney and a cup of Marsala.
