Indian Punjabi Style Grilled Fish (punjabi)

Material drawing. When I make Indian dishes, I like to put the ingredients very much, because I use a lot of spices^^. Dice the onion and mince the garlic and ginger.

Give the pot more oil than usual. Saute the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander diced, Garam masala, a pinch of cinnamon powder, and peeled cardamom. Stir fry and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add canned tomatoes and some salt, and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the cooking cream into the pot and stir well.

Put the pieces of fish (fish steak) into the pot, cover on low heat, and simmer until the fish is cooked. Finally, harvest the juice over medium heat, sprinkle with chives (preferably coriander), and serve.
