I use a multi-grain pre-mixed powder weighing 500g, I can see the full grains~

I grabbed a handful of flour, there are so many grains, haha~ I like sweet ones recently, so add more sugar to the flour

Pour 280 grams of water, you can increase or decrease the amount according to your own flour. I used about 300 grams

Knead the flour and water with your hands. Novices are advised to wear gloves, otherwise they will be mad~

Sprinkle flour on the panel, knead the dough a few times until it is slightly smooth~

Organize into the shape you want, put it in a fermentation tank or cover with plastic wrap to ferment at room temperature

After the fermentation is successful, sprinkle with flour, and cut a few small mouths according to your mood~ The flour should not be too thick, which will affect the taste

Put the shaped bread in the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes~the last five minutes to watch the oven to avoid over-coloring
