In my hometown along the Yangtze River, I used to eat this delicious flavor in the river since I was a child. In my memory, the yellow latin hopped around in the fishing nets and named this pot of delicious flavor Diao Tiaoyu.

Jumping Fish

1. Soak the dried sea pepper in boiling water for an hour

2. Use a pot to mash the soaked dried sea pepper and garlic

3. Wash the yellow latin with salt, cooking wine, garlic and ginger slices to taste

4. Prepare Chinese pepper and glutinous rice with sea pepper

5. Prepare ginger garlic tempeh spices etc.

6. Add oil to the iron pan, stir-fry the glutinous rice with sea pepper and Maowen pepper and shovel it out

7. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in a wok over low heat

8. Add homemade Pixian Douban homemade chili sauce and stir fry

9. Add tempeh and spices to stir fry the amount of spices, please refer to my recipe hot pot fish

10. Add the stir-fried glutinous rice with sea pepper and Chinese pepper

11. Add glutinous rice and oyster sauce and stir fry until fragrant

12. Add the broth to enlarge the onion segments, turn the heat to low and simmer for one hour

13. Add the yellow latin and cook for 15 minutes

Tips:

When washing the yellow latin, be careful not to stick the glutinous rice with sea pepper. You can also soak the dried sea pepper in cold water overnight, remove it, and chop it with a knife.
