Tips:
1. Korean chili sauce has a salty taste, if you think it is not salty enough, you can add a little bit appropriately.
2. This kind of Korean rice cake section is easy to soften, so there is no need to soak it in advance. If there is no Korean rice cake section, you can also use Ningbo rice cake slices, and the cooking time should not be too long, because it is easy to boil.
3. The authentic Korean stir-fried rice cakes are made of fish cake slices, so I use fish tofu shredded instead because they are not available.
