Korean-style Barbecue Lettuce Rolls (refreshing and Not Greasy. So Delicious to Cry)

Wash the lettuce, drain and set aside.

(If the meat slices are relatively thin, you need to spread the meat slices first, and then put them into the pan and fry them in 3 steps to prevent the meat slices from becoming lumps.)
Pour 6 tablespoons of the sauce and sauté on low heat for 2 minutes. (The sauce made in step 2 is enough for 500 grams of meat slices, adjust the amount of sauce according to the amount of meat)
If there is more sauce in the pot after 2 minutes, you can put a little less starch solution.

Put two pieces of lettuce leaves on the plate (remove the hard stems), put the roasted meat on top, put the spicy cabbage on top (you can pull it if you don't put it, the spicy cabbage should be squeezed out of the soup), roll up the roasted meat and spicy cabbage.

Place the Vietnamese spring roll wrapper in water to moisten it. (Place the smooth side (the front side) facing down)

Put the Vietnamese spring roll wrappers on the cutting board, put the lettuce barbecue rolls, and roll them into rolls.
Finally, use a knife to cut the lettuce roll into 2-3 pieces.
(The toughness and quality of spring roll wrappers produced by different manufacturers are different. If the spring roll wrappers break during the rolling process, you need to wrap another spring roll wrapper to remedy it.)

Tips:
1. The smooth side of the spring roll is the front side, facing down.
