Kumquat Pear Sauce Drink
1.
Boil the glass bottle with boiling water in advance and let it dry for later use.
2.
Prepare and weigh the ingredients, put the cornstarch in a bowl, add in cold white and bring to the boil; break the borneol sugar into small pieces and set aside.
3.
Mix 200 grams of Fengshui pear flesh with 500 ml of water and use a food processor to make a juice. Use a fine colander to filter out the puree. The puree containing juice is about 220 grams.
4.
Put the puree and the broken pieces of borneol sugar in a small pot, and start to cook on medium and low heat.
5.
After the saccharification is boiled, continue to cook until the moisture is slightly reduced, quickly pour in the cornstarch, and stir quickly while pouring.
6.
Change the fire to a low heat and continue to cook, stirring all the time, to prevent boiling from causing burns; the cooked jam is delicate and can be hung on the spatula.
7.
Pour in the candied kumquats that have been marinated before and continue to cook for a while.
8.
Put the cooked jam for a while, then pour it into a glass bottle, cover it and let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator for storage.
9.
Dig 45 grams of kumquat pear paste into a cooking cup, and pour 550 ml of ice water that can be consumed directly.
10.
Put the cooking cup on the machine, press and hold the start button, beat for about 20 seconds, and then smash the kumquats. If you like more delicate, you can extend the time to make it and drink it.
Tips:
1. Refrigerate the ice water in advance. You can also refrigerate the drink before drinking after making it; if you like hot drinks, you can brew it with hot water.
2. If you like the graininess, you can whip for a shorter time.
3. My kumquat has been candied for half a year, and kept in the refrigerator; I just make it simply, start boiling the kumquat, drain the water, and simmer it with half the weight of the kumquat for a while. Then put it in the glass bottle that has been cooked and sealed and refrigerated.
4. The jam is sealed and kept in cold storage.
