Lamb Liver

Ingredients: cooked lamb liver, green onions

Cut the lamb liver into thin slices.
3.
Shred the green onions.
4.
Place the chopped green onions on the chopped lamb liver.
5.
Take a bowl, add light soy sauce and vinegar.
6.
Add sesame oil and chili oil and mix well.
7.
Just pour it directly on the sliced lamb liver and shallots.
