Lasagna-garfield's Favorite Classic Bolognese Lasagna

Boil hot water in a pot, add salt and lasagna noodles and cook for later use.

Prepare a pan, pour butter in a cold pan and turn on low heat until the butter is completely melted.

Add in all-purpose flour and stir fry gently until the flour and butter are completely integrated.

Add milk, stir until the sauce has no particles, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and set aside.

Spread two spoons of white sauce cooked in step 4 evenly on the bottom of the baking pan, and then put the cooked lasagna noodles.

Spread a layer of Bolognese meat sauce on the dough, and then evenly sprinkle a layer of cheese powder.

Spread another layer of lasagna and white sauce on the cheese powder, and stack them three or four times until they are level with the baking pan.

Sprinkle a thick layer of cheese powder on the last layer of meat sauce, preheat the oven to 200°, and bake for about 20 minutes.
