Leek Bread

Cut the leek into bite-sized pieces, chop the sausage into small pieces and set aside

Pour edible oil in the pan, add the sausage and stir fry, and stir-fry the leeks after the sausage turns yellow

Tips:
Boil the sausage in boiling water for 30 seconds or remove it in warm water to remove impurities
