A novel way to eat leeks and bread

Leek Bread

1. Cut the leek into bite-sized pieces, chop the sausage into small pieces and set aside

2. Pour edible oil in the pan, add the sausage and stir fry, and stir-fry the leeks after the sausage turns yellow

3. Mash the hard-boiled eggs, add sausage, chives, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to stir

4. Put it in the breakfast bread cut in half and finish.

Tips:

Boil the sausage in boiling water for 30 seconds or remove it in warm water to remove impurities
