Lei Cha originated in the ancient Central Plains and spread to Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi and other areas after moving south. It is also known as Sanshengtang, which is a special snack. Lei Cha generally uses tea as the main material, mashed into a paste with a bowl, rinsed with water and evenly, plus fried rice, fried peanuts, fried sesame seeds, etc., the fragrance is delicious.

Lei Cha

1. Pour the tea leaves into the bowl;

2. Hold a half-meter long wand, pound and spin;

3. When the tea leaves in the bowl are mashed into mud, the tea is ready;

4. Then pour boiled water into the bowl and soak for about 5 minutes to allow the tea to settle;

5. Spoon out the tea soup with a spoon;
