Lemon Almond Shrimp Salad

Put the shrimps in a large glass bowl, add salt, honey, and lemon juice.

Grab the shrimp meat and ingredients well.

Each is dipped in sweet potato flour.

Coat the sweet potato flour evenly and shake off the excess flour one by one and take it out.

Put oil in the pan, and put the shrimp in the pan when the oil temperature is about 160°.

Put in one by one, don't be greedy to put the whole hand in quickly.

After putting it in, the oil temperature will decrease slightly, so don't move the pot for now.

After two minutes, use a spoon to slowly push it.

Push it every three minutes.

Add salad sauce to the bowl (the sauce can be prepared in advance, or quickly prepared when frying.

Add honey.

Add lemon juice.

Stir well evenly.

Add parsley leaves, almonds, and black sesame seeds.

Stir well into the sauce.

Scoop up the shrimp balls and strain the oil.

After filtering the oil thoroughly, pour it into the sauce and mix well. (Be sure to filter the oil cleanly so that the shrimp balls can be fully covered with the sauce)
