A sweet and sour custard sauce, you can use it to make bread, bread noodles, bread filling, cake filling, adding light cream to make cream frosting, or fruit tart, or it can be used to make ice cream... A particularly versatile one. It is also a sauce that I often prepare in the refrigerator! "

Lemon Custard Sauce Wild Sauce

1. Prepare all the ingredients, take the butter out of the refrigerator and cut into small pieces. Juice the lemon πŸ‹!

2. Note here that the lemon zest must not be scratched to the white part to avoid the bitterness of the custard sauce! Don't just have lemon dander here!

3. Pour all the ingredients except butter into the container and stir evenly with egg soot.

4. Pour into the milk pot, set a medium-to-low fire and start to simmer. During this period, be sure to keep stirring to avoid mashing the pot or forming a dough

5. When it thickens, change it to low heat as shown in the figure.

6. Pour in the butter cubes and start stirring, turn off the heat

7. Continue to stir and stir evenly.

8. The prepared lemon custard sauce is sieved while it is hot, because the sifted lemon custard sauce is more delicate and silky, and has a better taste!

9. Alright! The delicious lemon custard sauce is ready. After cooling the prepared custard sauce, cover it with plastic wrap. Do not leave any gaps and press it firmly to avoid crusting on the surface of the prepared custard sauce. The prepared lemon custard sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks!
