Loquat and Tremella Soup
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Soak the white fungus and lily in cold water. (Tremella is a large flower, it can’t be used for a stew, and a lot of slag will be wasted by dry cutting. So I soak the whole flower at a time, divide it into pieces, and then dry it for storage. It will be convenient to use next time)
3.
Rinse and drain the white fungus and lily. Tear the white fungus into small flowers.
4.
Add water to the pot, pour the white fungus lily and simmer for an hour.
5.
Treat the loquat when the white fungus lily is simmered. Rinse the loquat, peel and remove the core, and cut into small pieces. (Loquat is easy to oxidize and turn black, so don't peel it early)
6.
Add loquat and rock sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
7.
Loquat is very good for relieving coughs. It is good to cook and eat when you cough 👍
8.
It's also good to eat cold.
Tips:
Tremella is a large flower, which can’t be used for a single stew, and dry cutting will break a lot of waste. So I soak the whole flower at a time, divide it into pieces, and then dry and save it.
