Lotus Root Osmanthus Cake

Stir lotus root flour, glutinous rice flour, and water until there is no particles and a thick batter.

Add a spoonful of sugar osmanthus and mix well.

Take a container, brush with a thin layer of oil, and pour the batter.

Steam for twenty minutes.
5.
Brush the surface with a layer of sweet-scented osmanthus and steam for another five minutes.
6.
After refrigerating, remove and cut into pieces.
