Lotus Root Pork Cake

Half lotus root
Ginger, onion, garlic, chopped

Add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine
Some people like to add sugar to bring out the fresh meat. The lotus root itself is sweet and unhealthy, then add sugar, and there are elderly people at home who do not add enough sugar
Add a little bit of water to make the meat more tender

You can add a step to beat with your hands to make the meat more elastic. If you are lazy, this step can be removed
