Lotus Root Squid Peanut Lean Meat Soup

1. Cut the lotus root into small pieces, and cut the pork knuckle into small pieces, preferably the same size as the lotus root; the dried squid is soaked in warm water and shred; the peanuts can be soaked in advance; the pork knuckle is heated in hot water to remove the blood.

2. Put the prepared ingredients into the boiling hot water and boil it again, then turn to medium and low heat and boil for 90 minutes!
