Low Oil Honey Kumquat Muffin

1. Ingredients: 1 whole egg, 35 grams of honey, 30 grams of corn oil, 85 grams of milk, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 60 grams of honey kumquats, 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Tips:

Without honey, it can be replaced with white sugar.
