Mango Baked Pork Ribs

Wash the large steaks you bought, and use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Cover half of the steak with plastic wrap, and then beat it with a meat hammer to make the steak marinating process easier to taste.

Peel a mango and grind it into a mango puree.

Put the light soy sauce and sugar in the mango puree and mix well.

Put the meat in the marinade and marinate overnight (you don't need to stay overnight). If you don’t stay overnight, you will have at least two hours to marinate.

Wrap the marinated pork steak tightly with tin foil, put it in the oven and turn it on for one and a half hours at 400F.

Before leaving the oven, apply honey to the surface of the roasted pork steak and bake for a few minutes to make the surface more golden.

The grilled pork steak is made into rose flowers with tomato skins and decorated with mint on a plate.
