Mango Pudding and Purple Potato Pudding

Cut the mango and steamed purple sweet potato into pieces.

Put them into a food processor and beat them into puree.
3.
Add milk to soft sugar and put it on the fire to bring to a boil.

Soak soft gelatine tablets in water.
5.
Put the gelatine flakes in the milk and stir to melt.
6.
Add the milk to the mango puree and purple potato puree, and continue to stir evenly.
7.
Scald the pudding bottle with boiling water and let it dry.
8.
Pour the two solutions into the pudding bottle, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator.
9.
The pudding can be eaten after it has solidified.
Tips:
To make the pudding fine, the mixed solution can be sieved.
