Mango Yogurt Mousse Cake
1.
Put the digestive biscuits into a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2.
Put the butter in a container, heat it in the microwave to melt, pour in the biscuits, and stir evenly.
3.
Put it into a 6-inch mold and compact it.
4.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften, and I also put an ice pack under the container.
5.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the homemade yogurt. Then take 1 and a half gelatine slices and put them in a small bowl, add a little water, and melt in the microwave. Then pour into the yogurt and stir while adding. Pour it into the mold evenly and put it in the refrigerator to cool down and condense.
6.
The mango is pureed with a food processor. (Refer to the method of making yogurt again. The mango itself has a sweet taste, so you don’t need to add honey.)
7.
Pour into the mold and continue into the refrigerator.
8.
The last half of the gelatin was used to make the mirror. Add a spoonful of honey to 50ml of boiled water, add gelatine, heat directly in the microwave to melt, and mix well.
9.
On mango noodles, decorate your favorite fruit. Pour the gelatin solution. Finally put it in the refrigerator overnight.
10.
When demolding, use a hair dryer to blow around the mold. It's easy to take out.
