Marmalade

Remove the oranges from the refrigerator to thaw.

After thawing, remove the tendons from the orange.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to boil.

The boiled water is the acid water of the oranges. Pour out the acid water.

Add appropriate amount of water and sugar (or rock sugar) to a boil.
6.
After boiling, let cool, the sweet and delicious marmalade is ready!
Tips:
1. Peel the oranges into pieces and ice them in the refrigerator.
2. The marmalade tastes sour when it is hot, but it becomes sweet when it is cooled.
3. If you like the fragrance of osmanthus, you can add some osmanthus~
