Meatloaf Steamed Egg

1. [Main ingredients]: 350g sandwich meat|1 egg [Accessories]: 1 spoon of cooking wine|2 spoons of light soy sauce|1 spoon of sesame oil|2 spoons of starch|1 spoon of pepper

2. Separate fatty and lean meat.
