Melaleuca Birthday Cake without Baking
1.
Soak the strawberries in cool light salt water for a while and rinse them off
2.
Take 150g strawberries and puree them with a juicer
3.
Diced remaining strawberries
4.
The cream cheese is heated in water until soft
5.
Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir until smooth and no particles
6.
Pour the whipped cream cheese into the strawberry puree and mix well
7.
Pour a cup of yogurt into the paste from the previous step and mix well
8.
Gelatin tablets add cold water to soak softly
9.
Heat over water until the gelatine tablets are all melted
10.
Pour the melted gelatine into the paste that has been stirred in step 7, and stir evenly
11.
Take one of the crepes made earlier and spread them out, put the live bottom of the mold used to make this cake on top, and cut out the size of the live bottom with a knife
12.
Cut shape
13.
Put the live bottom back into the cake mold, and put a layer of tin foil on the outside of the mold (this time the paste is thinner, afraid of leakage
14.
Take a cut crepe and spread it at the bottom
15.
Scoop a spoonful and a half of the mousse liquid, and put an appropriate amount of strawberry diced (after putting it, it’s best to shake it gently to make it level, I just didn’t shake it, so it’s a bit crooked)
16.
Spread another crepe
17.
Then put the mousse and strawberry diced, and repeat (the top crepe I cut a little bit bigger, it turns out that it's as big as the bottom one, but it's not pretty if it's too big). After making it, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
18.
Take out the refrigerated cake and unmould
19.
Whip a small amount of whipped cream, use the decorating mouth to mount a circle next to the cake, it will look instantly, and then decorate it in the middle! (Because it is the first time to mount flowers, I forgot to take pictures of the process when I was nervous)
