Fish maw purchased online

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes

Soak it in pure water for 24 hours, add ginger slices and cooking wine together to soak to remove fishy, put it in the refrigerator, change the water every 8 hours

Rinse with water and put it in a small stewing pot

Add red dates, rock sugar and a small amount of purified water (the amount of water is just below the fish maw)

Tips:
When soaking the fish maw, add some ginger flakes and cooking wine together to soak the hair. Change the water several times. The finished product will not be fishy at all, because the fish maw can be cut into small pieces and then stewed.
