Milky Sweet Potato Wotou

Prepare sweet potatoes, corn flour and milk powder.

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into thin slices, and pack them in a microwave special preservation bag.

Put it in the microwave; it will cook on high heat for 3 minutes.

Press the sweet potato into a puree while it is hot.

Put it in a bowl containing cornmeal and milk powder and mix well.

Add a little boiling water and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes to allow the flour and sweet potatoes to fully blend.
7.
Take a small piece of dough in your hand and knead it into a round shape.
8.
Use your index finger to poke a nest at the bottom of the dough to make the cornmeal easier to steam.
9.
Make 8 nests from all the dough.
10.
Put it in a pot and steam for 20 minutes.
