My method today is to mix rice noodles. Use ready-made instant rice noodles and mix it with vegetables to make the nutrition more comprehensive. Have a bowl at breakfast, eat comfortably, and go to work full of energy.

1. A pack of instant rice noodles. When you open the package, you will find fresh rice noodles, a pack of mayonnaise seasoning, and a small bag of seaweed and cooked sesame seeds. I prepared a section of cucumbers, carrots, chives and thin-skinned big green peppers.

2. Cut all the prepared vegetables into shreds. Put the big green peppers, cucumbers and green onions together, all ready to eat. Although carrots can be eaten raw, they don’t taste good, and they will absorb nutrients better when cooked.

3. Boil water, scald the carrots to remove, add a little oil when blanching

4. After removing the carrots, put the bag of fresh in the pot and cook for 2 minutes to turn off the heat

5. Toss the green onion, carrot, green pepper and cucumber with a little salt, not too much, the seasoning is still very salty

6. Add the cooked rice noodles and add the ready-made seasonings

7. After mixing all the ingredients, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped seaweed, mix and eat, it is very comfortable
