Wash the grapefruit with salt.

Scrape the grapefruit peel with a scraper, cut into filaments, and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the soaked grapefruit peel, boil again, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

When the pomelo skin is boiled, peel the pomelo meat into small pieces.

After the grapefruit peel is cooked, add the grapefruit meat and appropriate amount of rock sugar to the pot for boiling the grapefruit peel, and continue to cook for 30 minutes.

Finally, turn off the heat, let the grapefruit tea material cool, and place it at about 50 degrees Celsius, add honey and stir well before bottling.

Put the boiled grapefruit tea into the bottle, put it in the refrigerator for a week, and then start drinking: 1-2 scoops of tea each time, add warm water to mix.
Tips:
1. The amount of rock sugar and honey depends on the amount of grapefruit tea and personal taste; 2. The water used to cook the grapefruit peel should not be too little, because the pulp will be added later.
