Mushroom Soup

Rinse the fungus bag with water, soak the Cordyceps flower, jujube, wolfberry, and Agaricus blazei in water for later use.

Put 5 kg of water in the pot, put it in the flushed bag, and boil it over high heat.

After the high heat is boiled, change to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the soaked Agaricus blazei, jujube, wolfberry, and cordyceps flower and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add mushroom oil, mushroom essence and salt to season, continue to simmer for 5 minutes, and the delicious mushroom soup is ready.
