#春食野菜香# Mustard Steamed Buns

Wash and chop wild mustard and pour into a basin

Add salt to control water

Add yeast powder to mix the noodles and let the noodles wake up in a warm place for two hours

Put the noodles and vegetables in the pot

Knead together

Cut the noodle rod into a cylindrical shape and knead it out (the round buns and small flower rolls we made)
7.
After the steamed buns wake up for another hour, add water to the pot, boil the water, and put oil on the steamed buns to steam.

Steam for 40 minutes, out of the pot
9.
Dip with garlic chili sauce is delicious.
