Noodles with Tomato Sauce
1.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Boil noodles in a pot under water.
3.
Drain the removed noodles and let cool.
4.
Stir-fry chives in warm oil.

Add the chopped tomatoes, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce to the appropriate salt. Without adding water, stir and fry until fragrant.

Just put the fried sauce on top.

Add other vegetables as you like. I only added shredded cucumber.
Tips:
1. To cook machine noodles requires a lot of water and high heat.
2. You can put the fried noodles in the cold and mix again, as long as they are hot or cold.
3. Make a few strokes on the tomatoes and peel them easily after blanching them with boiling water.
