Suddenly I wanted to eat the fried cakes from my hometown. I specially asked my friend to express it (sticky face), and finally I tasted the taste of my childhood.

Old-fashioned Northeast Fried Cake

1. Prepare the red bean paste and knead it into a ball

2. Thaw the sticky face in advance

3. Add a small amount of water, put on gloves, and repeatedly use your hands until the dough is smooth and shiny, and it can form a ball.

4. Take a piece, reunite it with your hands and press it into a cake

5. Put on red bean paste

6. Wrap into a ball

7. Pressed into a pie

8. Bring the oil to a boil, slowly add the cake

9. Fry until golden on both sides, remove it, put it on a strainer to drain off the excess oil

Tips:

If there is no sticky face, you can use 100 grams of glutinous rice flour + 1 gram of yeast + appropriate amount of warm water to make a dough, and let it proof for half an hour instead
