Old Milk Potato
1.
After washing the silt, the potato is cooked in a boiling pot.
2.
Let the cooked potato cool down and peel off the skin, then place it on the chopping board and flatten it with a knife.
3.
Wash the shallots and cut the chopped green onions.
4.
Heat the wok, add lard and heat.
5.
Add the flattened potato and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry the potatoes for a while and then pour in a little water before continuing to stir-fry. (This step cannot be less, a little water will make the potato softer)
7.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add the chopped green onion and stir evenly to get out of the pan
Tips:
1. It is best to use small potatoes for old milk potatoes, which are easy to cook.
2. This dish does not need to put other condiments, a small amount of green onion makes the soft potato exude the original fragrance.
