Orange Milk Pudding

Take the milk and QQ sugar ~ the kitchen scale weighs out the required amount, and the milk is placed in a larger bowl for easy mixing.

Put the sugar in a small dish, add 15g of water, and melt it into sugar water in a microwave oven on medium heat for half a minute.

Pour the melted sugar water into the milk quickly, or it will solidify after a while.

Use a fine sieve to filter the pudding liquid into the pudding cup. You can filter it back and forth between the bowl and the pudding cup several times to make the finished product taste more delicate.

Tips:
Without a microwave oven, you can put the sugar in a small bowl and heat it until it melts. Make the pudding liquid and refrigerate it at night, and the pudding can be harvested the next day. If you want to buckle the pudding upside down, the pudding cup can be cushioned in advance.
