Oven Version of Braised Fish Rice

Pour 240ml of water, 60ml of soy sauce, 60g of brown sugar, 30g of honey, minced garlic, and a little bit of minced ginger into the pot. Turn on medium heat, add 75ml of water starch, stir and cook until thick, turn off the heat and let cool

300g salmon cubes are topped with sauce and spread evenly, covered with plastic wrap, and marinated in the refrigerator for 2 hours

The marinated salmon and the sauce are put into the preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 20 minutes

Add 100g mayonnaise to 45g hot sauce and 25g condensed milk, mix well, and put it into a piping bag

Cover the grilled salmon on the rice and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds

Just drizzle with sauce and enjoy
