Oyster Sauce Yuba Roll
1.
1) Cut all the ingredients into shreds, and cut the fresh yuba skin into four small squares with scissors.
2.
Cut the pork into strips and use cornstarch. Mix well with Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.
3.
Take a piece of yuba skin and put all the ingredients on it.
4.
Roll up the yuba like spring rolls, close the mouth and fix it with a toothpick.
5.
Heat a little oil in a small pot, then put the rolled yuba rolls in and lightly fry them and immediately pick them up. (Because the yuba skin is very thin, lightly boil the oil to make it loose)
6.
Place the rolled yuba rolls on a large plate. (Remove the fixed toothpicks) Control dry oil.
7.
Finally, pour a little oyster sauce on the oiled yuba rolls and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
