Pan-fried Breaded Fish

Ingredients: 10 small bread fish (with the internal organs removed and peeled); Ingredients: 1 egg white, appropriate amount of flour, starch, onion, and ginger; Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, pepper, and edible oil.

Cut off the fins before the fish and clean them;

Spray cooking wine and mix well.

Then add salt, green onion, ginger, pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg whites evenly, add flour starch to an appropriate amount of water to make a thin paste without particles.

Then mix the egg white paste and flour into a thin paste.

Preheat the pan and add cooking oil.

Shake the fish off the marinade and cover with batter.

Put it in a pan and fry the golden brown on both sides.
